For solo consultants
Meet the three I'd hire instead of working Sundays
Set each one up once. They just run.
One person cannot do the work and the work around the work. Two can.
The staff
Hire one, or all three. They hand work to each other, and every one of them is the same object with a different brief and different accounts attached.

An hour of it, as it actually goes
One Hand, one job, and the part where it stops and asks. Not every shift log starts in the morning, and nothing below leaves the building until you say so.
Send the three check-ins? Each one references the work you actually did for them. It is the cheapest new business you have and it takes you one click.
In your words
Things people actually ask
- “Write up Thursday's session from my notes in the format I use for Ardent.”
- “Who have I not spoken to since March, and what did I do for them last?”
- “Invoice everything delivered this month and tell me what is still outstanding.”
Questions
The ones that come up first
My notes are messy and half of them are voice memos.
That is the normal case. It reads what is there — typed notes, a document, a transcript — and writes up what it can support, marking what it could not. It does not invent the middle. If a memo is unclear it asks you one question rather than guessing.
I work under NDAs. Where does the client's material go?
Onto your machine, in a folder that belongs to you, in one company per client so nothing crosses between them. That separation is enforced in the data rather than by convention. What leaves is the model request to whichever provider you have configured, which is the same exposure as using that model directly.
