What this covers

This website, and the early access list you can join on it. Hands the application is not generally available yet; when it is, it will ship with its own agreement covering the software, and that agreement will govern it rather than this page.

The early access list

Joining the list is not a purchase and not a promise of a place. We invite people in batches, in no guaranteed order or timeframe, and we may decide not to invite an address at all. Nothing is charged while you are on the list and we do not ask for a card.

Prices

The plans on the pricing page describe what we intend to charge when access opens. They are not an offer and they may change before then. What you are shown and agree to at the point of signing up is what applies.

The software, when you get it

Hands is built on OpenMausBot, which is licensed under Apache-2.0, and that licence travels with the code you run. Our own additions are ours. Nothing here grants you a licence to the Hands name or marks.

What this site promises

That the pages are accurate as best we can make them, and that anything you send us is handled as described in privacy. It does not promise the site is available at any moment, and it is provided as it is, without warranty. Nothing on it is advice.
