Email support@tryhands.com. Tell us the email you sign in with and what happened; a screenshot helps. For anything about your data or privacy you can also write to hello@tryhands.com.
Cancel your plan
If you subscribed in the iPhone app, Apple bills you, so cancel with Apple: on your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Hands and tap Cancel Subscription. We can't cancel an App Store subscription for you.
If you subscribed on the web, sign in at accounts.tryhands.com/plans and choose Cancel. It takes one click, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Cancelling doesn't delete anything: your records stay readable and exportable. Refunds are described in the terms and under Can I get a refund?
Delete your account
In the iPhone app: Settings › Account › Delete account. On the web: sign in at accounts.tryhands.com/account and choose Delete account.
When you confirm, you're signed out everywhere and your Hands stop straight away. We wait 24 hours, then delete your account, your Hands, everything they kept, the machine they ran on, its backup and any credit left, for good. Until then, the link in the email we send you, or signing back in, lets you keep the account. A subscription bought through the App Store has to be cancelled with Apple as well (see above).
Want a copy first? Every kind of record exports from the app as a spreadsheet. More on what we hold is in the privacy policy.
