Anything you'd hand a capable person with a laptop and your logins: chasing invoices, keeping the CRM current from your email, sorting the inbox, chasing documents, renewals, research, review replies. There are 40 written up as jobs.

None of those are features we built one by one. It's the same Hand with a different brief, so what you can hand over isn't a list somebody else decided on.

Three ways. A Hand has somewhere to do the work: its own computer and your accounts, rather than a text box. It has standing: a business, a role, and a memory of its own past work. And what it does gets written down as it goes, so the pipeline, the activity log and the decisions waiting on you are always current rather than pieced together from a chat afterwards.

There's a CRM in it, and it fills itself in, but the product is the staff. The board is where the record lands, not the ceiling on what a Hand does. If your work has no deals in it, the pipeline stays empty and everything else still works.

Most don't, usually for the same three reasons: they forget between sessions, so you re-explain everything; you can't tell where an answer came from, so you check all of it; and you can't watch them work, so you just hope. All three are the same missing thing: nothing was being written down.

That's what this is built around: a record of what each Hand did, where it got it and when, facts that get retired when they stop being true, and a thread you can read while it runs. Judge it on exactly those three.

The things you can't take back need a yes. Sending, spending, deleting, running something on its computer, and anything a Hand judges to be a business decision arrive as a card you allow or deny. Autonomy is a dial you set, and it starts low. Moving money isn't in the product at all.

In a home that belongs to your account: its own container on Cloudflare's network, its own database, and an encrypted backup. What you ask, and what a Hand reads to answer it, goes to the company running the AI model, as it would with any AI. Connected apps are reached with grants you can revoke. More on security.

No. We don't sell it, advertise against it, or use it to train models, and the companies that process it for us aren't allowed to either. The privacy page says it in full.

No, and that's enforced in the data rather than hidden in the interface. Everything is stamped with the business it belongs to, and anything arriving without one is refused. Staff, conversations, memory and connected accounts all stop at that line; the only way across is you, switching.

Export gives you spreadsheets for contacts, deals and tasks, Markdown for notes, and your conversations. Deleting your account removes everything we hold, backup included.

Your records stay readable and exportable, and your Hands stop spending until you top up or the next month begins. Nothing is deleted.

If we got a charge wrong, we fix it without you asking. Your first payment is refunded in full if you change your mind within 7 days and have used less than $5 of work, and unspent top-ups are refundable for 30 days. Used credit isn't, and cancelling (any time, from Settings) doesn't refund part of a month. The details.

No. Hands works in your browser, and each Hand has its own computer in the cloud, so it keeps working with your laptop shut. There's a Mac app if you want a Hand to use your own computer, and an iPhone app in testing.

Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive and Sheets, Outlook, Slack, Stripe, QuickBooks, Notion, HubSpot and hundreds more. You connect each one once, per business, and can disconnect it any time. Where there's no connection, a Hand uses its own browser like a person would.

Not yet. Today it's one person, with as many businesses as you like, each kept apart. Shared businesses are on the way, and we'll say so here when they ship.
