For brokerage
Meet the three I'd hire before another junior broker
Set each one up once. They just run.
Nothing goes to a client until you have read it.
The staff
Hire one, or all three. They hand work to each other, and every one of them is the same object with a different brief and different accounts attached.

An hour of it, as it actually goes
One Hand, one job, and the part where it stops and asks. Not every shift log starts in the morning, and nothing below leaves the building until you say so.
Anything to add before I write the approach? Three of the nine share a mailing address — likely one owner behind them. I have grouped those. Nothing goes out until you say so.
In your words
Things people actually ask
- “Who has bought industrial in this submarket in the last two years?”
- “Build me a call list of every owner within half a mile who has held over ten years.”
- “What did we earn on Northline, and what is still owed to us?”
Questions
The ones that come up first
Does it replace CoStar or our data subscription?
No, and do not make it. It uses what you already pay for the way you would — signed in, in a real browser — and it puts what it found somewhere you can read it, with the source and the date attached. What it adds is the hours you spend copying between them.
Can one client's Hand see another client's work?
No. Each client can be its own company in the app, with its own files, memory and connected accounts. A Hand in one cannot list the staff of another, read its transcripts or reach its email — that is enforced in the database, not the interface.
Nothing here is a template. It is the same Hands, briefed for this.
