The chaser
An AI assistant that nudges the emails nobody answered
The emails you sent that nobody answered. Finds what went quiet, works out which ones mattered, and drafts the nudge.
What you'd say
Who have I emailed in the last month who never replied?
When it runs
Runs every Monday.
What it uses
Gmail
Wants your mail.
Where it stops and asks
Before any nudge is sent. Every Monday it drafts them; you approve; it sends and logs.
How it goes
The running order.
Every step lands in the record with a time and a source, so you can read what it did instead of asking.
- Find what went quiet
- Judge what mattered
- Draft the nudge
- You approve
Questions
The ones that come up first.
How does it know which ones mattered?
From the thread: whether you asked for something, whether there is a deal or a task behind it in the record, and how long it has been. It shows you its reasons beside each one.
Will it pester people?
It suggests one nudge per thread on a sensible interval and never more than you approve. If someone has replied in the meantime it drops the thread and says so.
Can it write in my voice?
It drafts from what you have already sent, and you edit before it goes. The draft is a starting point, not a template.
