Chasing invoices
An AI assistant that chases overdue invoices, and asks first
Knows who owes you, and asks. Ages the invoices, drafts a chaser in your voice with the tone matched to the history, and closes it out when they pay.
What you'd say
Work out who has not paid us and go after them.
When it runs
Runs every Friday.
What it uses
Gmail Stripe
Wants your mail.
Where it stops and asks
Before any chaser goes out. Every Friday it drafts them, in your voice, with the tone matched to the history, and nothing is sent until you say so.
How it goes
The running order.
Every step lands in the record with a time and a source, so you can read what it did instead of asking.
- Age the ledger
- Draft each chaser
- You approve
- Send and log
Questions
The ones that come up first.
Will it send reminders without me?
No. It drafts, you approve, it sends and logs. You can turn the dial up later for the routine ones, but it starts by asking every time.
How does it know who owes us?
From the invoices in the accounts you connect, such as Stripe or your accounting system, and from your inbox, where it checks for replies and promises before it writes anything.
What happens when they pay?
It notices the payment, closes the thread, and writes a line in the record against the customer, so the history is there the next time they are late.
