Renewals
An AI assistant that tracks renewals and warns you in time
Never lets one auto-renew at the bad price. Keeps every renewal date, warns you before the notice period closes, and pulls what the alternatives cost.
What you'd say
What renews in the next sixty days, and what should we re-quote?
When it runs
Runs daily, quietly.
What it uses
Gmail Calendar
Where it stops and asks
Before anything is cancelled or re-signed. It warns you before the notice period closes and pulls what the alternatives cost; the decision is yours.
How it goes
The running order.
Every step lands in the record with a time and a source, so you can read what it did instead of asking.
- Hold every date
- Warn before the notice period
- Pull the alternatives
- Tell you
Questions
The ones that come up first.
Where does it get the dates?
From the contracts and emails you already have. It reads the term, the notice period and the renewal date, puts them in the record, and checks them daily.
Will it cancel something by mistake?
It cannot cancel anything on its own. Its job is to say something before the window closes, with the alternatives beside it. Cancelling or re-quoting is a card for you.
What about leases and insurance, not just software?
Anything with a date and a notice period. Property managers run it on leases and vendor insurance; firms run it on filings and policies.
