The reminder
An AI assistant that holds the dates nobody owns
Everything with a date on it. Holds the dates nobody owns — filings, certificates, insurance, birthdays — and says something before, not after.
What you'd say
What is due before the end of the month that nobody has started?
When it runs
Runs daily, quietly.
What it uses
Calendar
Where it stops and asks
It only ever says something. It does not file, renew or pay; it tells you before, not after, and hands the doing to another Hand or to you.
How it goes
The running order.
Every step lands in the record with a time and a source, so you can read what it did instead of asking.
- Hold the dates nobody owns
- Check them daily
- Say something before
Questions
The ones that come up first.
Where do the dates come from?
From the documents and messages you already have: filings, certificates, insurance, maturities, grant deadlines. It reads the date and the lead time, and keeps them in the record.
How early does it warn?
On the lead time that makes sense for each kind, which you can change: a filing weeks ahead, a birthday days ahead. It checks daily and says something once, not every morning.
Is this just a calendar?
A calendar holds what you remembered to put in it. This reads the paperwork for the dates you did not, and knows which ones have a notice period in front of them.
