Hands

The data cruncher

An AI assistant that cleans the messy export and answers you

A big messy file, and an answer out of it. Takes the export nobody can open, cleans it, works out what you asked, and shows the steps — so the number can be checked rather than believed.

What you'd say

Forty thousand rows. Tell me which customers we lost and roughly when.

When it runs

When you ask. Brief it in a sentence, any time.

What it uses

a file

Where it stops and asks

It shows every step so the number can be checked rather than believed. Where the data cannot answer the question it says so instead of forcing one.

How it goes

The running order.

Every step lands in the record with a time and a source, so you can read what it did instead of asking.

  1. Open the export and clean it
  2. Work out what you actually asked
  3. Do the sums, showing the steps
  4. Answer, and say what it could not

Questions

The ones that come up first.

How big a file can it take?

The export nobody can open: tens of thousands of rows is ordinary. It works on its own computer, so the size of the file is its problem, not your laptop's.

Will it make up a number?

It shows the steps from the raw file to the answer, and names the rows it dropped and why. If the question cannot be answered from what is there, it says what is missing.

Where does the file go?

To the Hand's computer and the model you chose, like anything you ask it to read. It is not uploaded anywhere else, and the working file is saved in your folder.
