Onboarding
An AI assistant that runs your client onboarding checklist
Sets a new client or hire up properly. Runs the same checklist every time so the fifth one is as good as the first, and says which step is stuck.
What you'd say
Start Renwick off the way we did Northline.
When it runs
Runs when a new one starts.
What it uses
Gmail Calendar Google Drive
Where it stops and asks
At any step that sends something to the new client or creates an account for them. The checklist runs; the outward steps wait for you.
How it goes
The running order.
Every step lands in the record with a time and a source, so you can read what it did instead of asking.
- Make the company
- Pull what we did last time
- Run the checklist
- Report what is stuck
Questions
The ones that come up first.
Where does the checklist come from?
From what you did last time. It reads the record of the last onboarding, proposes the same steps, and keeps the checklist so the fifth one is as good as the first.
Can it create the company and the folders?
Yes: the company in Hands, the folders, the deal, the first tasks. Anything outward, such as the welcome email or an invite to a shared drive, is a card for you.
What if a step is stuck?
It says which one, and why, rather than moving on. The report at the end is the list of what is done and what is waiting on whom.
Who hands this over most

One person cannot do the work and the work around the work. Two can.
Which of my clients can I actually close this month, and what is each one missing?
Nothing is coded, filed or sent to a client until you approve it.
