Answers your customers.

Every Hand has its own email address. When a customer writes, it replies from what it knows about them. Before it writes to someone new, it checks with you.

Knows your people.

Contacts and companies fill in from your inbox and calendar. The whole team works from that one record, so whoever picks up a job knows what the others did.

Asks before it spends.

It won't pay, send, sign or delete without your yes, like the card above. A big job comes with a price first, and stops at the limit you agreed.

Your team

One Chief. As many specialists as the work needs.

You talk to the Chief of Staff. It hands each job to the right specialist, and adds a new one when the work calls for it. Each has a job, a name and a face. Rename them whatever you like.

Not the boss? Even better.

Engineers got Claude Code. Everyone else gets Hands.

Programmers stopped doing the boring half of their job this year. Their AI writes the code; they decide what to build. Hands is that, for your job.

Level 1

Don't get replaced.

The jobs at risk are the ones done by hand. Be the person in the room who already has staff working for them.

Level 2

Be better at your job, while doing less.

Your follow-ups go out on time, your pipeline is right, your report writes itself overnight. You take the credit. Leave at five.

Level 3

Build an empire.

One person with ten Hands is a department. Take over your patch, get promoted, start the thing you keep talking about. It's a superpower. Use it.

Call them

Talk it through, out loud.

Some jobs are quicker to say than to type. Call a Hand from your browser or your iPhone and talk it through in real time. It answers in a voice, takes the job and gets on with it when you hang up.

  • Live, not voice notes. Interrupt it, change your mind, ask it what it found.
  • Show it things. On iPhone, turn on the camera and hold up the invoice, the letter or the broken boiler.
  • It writes the call down, with what it agreed to do, like everything else.

You This one. Kessler says they paid it.

Maya That's #1182. Nothing's landed in Stripe since. Want me to ask them for the receipt?

Brief it. Then go to bed.

The record

Its own database. You'll never have to fill it in.

Every call, email and decision lands as a row with a time, a name and a source. Contacts, deals and tasks keep themselves current, because the one doing the work is the one writing it down.

  • People and companies fill in from your inbox and calendar
  • A pipeline that shows what happened, not what someone typed on Friday
  • Export your records as spreadsheets

Memory

Monday doesn't start from nothing.

A new chat starts blank. A new hire needs three months. A Hand remembers what it learned last week, says where it learned it, and retires what stops being true.

When it finds something newer, it changes its mind and tells you so in the thread. When it hits a login it can't get past, it stops and hands you the keyboard.

Where it works

It has its own computer. You don't need one.

Your Hands live in the cloud and keep working with your laptop shut. You check in from wherever you are.

Browser

Sign in and start

Brief a Hand, approve its cards and read the record from any browser. Nothing to install.

Its own computer

A real desktop, in the cloud

It opens websites, fills forms and logs in where you've let it. Watch the screen any time, or take the keyboard.

How the pricing works

Questions

The fair ones.

What if it does something I didn't want?

It can't send, pay, delete, sign or post without a yes from you. Those arrive as a card, like the one at the top of this page. You can let it do more on its own over time, per Hand or per kind of action, and take that back whenever you like.

How is this different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers you while you sit there. Hands is a team that takes the job away and does it. The Chief of Staff hands it to the right specialist, who opens your inbox, logs into the site, fills the sheet and comes back with the work done. They keep a record of what they did and remember it next week.

Is this a CRM?

There's one inside it, and it fills itself in. If your work has no deals, the pipeline stays empty and everything else still works. You're paying for the staff, not the database.

Which apps does it work with?

Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive and Sheets, Outlook, Slack, Stripe, QuickBooks, Notion, HubSpot and hundreds more. You connect each one once, per business, and can disconnect it any time. Where there's no connection, it uses its own browser like a person would.

What does it cost, really?

From $20 a month, with $10 of work included. Small jobs cost cents; a long research job costs more. Every job's cost is itemised in Billing & usage, and you can set a limit on any job. You can look around a sample company before you pick a plan.

Who can see my data?

You. Each business is kept apart, and a Hand in one can't see another. We never sell your data or train models on it, and you can export your records as spreadsheets. How your data is handled.
